1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day full refund guarantee on all paid VPS plans starting from $34.99/month.
Eligibility requirements:
- Request must be made within 7 calendar days of initial purchase
- No violation of Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service
- Account must be in good standing (no fraud, abuse, or unpaid bills)
2. 3-Day Demo VPS Trial
- Free 3-day Demo VPS available for testing connectivity and latency
- Request via portal.elitetradevps.net/contact.php
- Demo VPS is not eligible for refund (it’s free)
- Demo VPS cannot be upgraded to paid plan retroactively
3. How to Request a Refund
There is no direct refund button on the Portal. To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Log in to portal.elitetradevps.net
- Navigate to Billing → Subscriptions
- Select your active VPS plan
- Click Cancel Subscription
- In the cancellation options, select:
- Cancel Immediately (not “End of billing cycle”)
- Important: “Cancel Immediately” is only available within 7 days of purchase
- Add a reason for cancellation in the provided text field
- Submit the cancellation request
Once submitted, your refund request will be reviewed and processed automatically if you meet the 7-day eligibility criteria.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Credit/debit cards via Stripe: 5–10 business days (processed through Stripe)
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refund:
- Demo VPS trials (free service)
- Add-ons purchased separately (e.g., Windows license, dedicated IP)
- Plans where >7 days have passed since purchase
- Service suspended due to abuse or Terms of Service violation
- Renewals after the 7-day window
- Cancellations selected as “End of billing cycle” (this stops future billing only, no refund)
6. Partial Refunds
If you’ve used more than 50% of your billing cycle, we may issue a partial refund prorated for unused days at our discretion.
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
- Cancel Immediately (within 7 days): Triggers refund request for past payments
- Cancel at End of Billing Cycle: Stops future billing only, no refund issued
- You can cancel anytime via the portal, but only “Cancel Immediately” within 7 days qualifies for refund
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
- Contact us at admin@elitetradevps.net before filing a chargeback with your bank
- Chargebacks without prior contact may result in permanent account termination
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for fraudulent chargebacks
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy. The updated version will indicate a new “Last Updated” date.
