By accessing or using EliteTradeVPS.net services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Services Description
EliteTradeVPS.net (Eden Ascent Group Private Limited, Singapore) provides KVM-based virtual private servers optimized for trading platforms and bots. Our Frankfurt location offers:
- Ryzen 9950X CPU (shared cores, KVM virtualization)
- Dedicated DDR5 RAM per VPS
- NVMe SSD storage
- +2 Gbps network speed
- ~1ms latency to European trading brokers
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current information
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal activities, fraud, or trademark/copyright infringement
- Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or hacking attempts
- Mining cryptocurrency (unless explicitly authorized in your plan)
- Hosting illegal content, pornography, or hate speech
- Network attacks, port scanning, or targeting other systems
- Violating trading broker terms of service
Allowed activities:
- Running trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader, NinjaTrader, etc.)
- Operating trading bots (Python, Node.js, Java, C#)
- Accessing Solana RPC endpoints (Helius, Jito, Coinbase validators)
- Web hosting, APIs, and database services for trading applications
5. Service Availability
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance
- We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, broker outages, or third-party infrastructure
6. Payment and Billing
- Plans start at $34.99/month, billed in advance
- Payment processor: Stripe only (credit/debit cards via Stripe)
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice
7. Refund Policy
- 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans
- 3-day Demo VPS trial available (request via portal.elitetradevps.net/contact.php)
- Refunds do not apply after 7 days or if service abuse is detected

8. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and branding on EliteTradeVPS.net belong to Eden Ascent Group Private Limited
- You retain ownership of your data and applications
- You grant us a license to host and operate your VPS
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Eden Ascent Group Private Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA CORRUPTION
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES (BROKERS, EXCHANGES, NETWORK PROVIDERS)
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eden Ascent Group Private Limited from claims arising from your use of the service, violations of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your service immediately for:
- Violation of Acceptable Use Policy
- Non-payment or fraud
- Illegal activities or severe abuse
You may cancel your service at any time via the portal.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Singapore law (with consideration for German data center regulations). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
